Why I Created HonestySellsBest.com
Hello, I want you to know why I created HonestySellsBest.com and how you stand to benefit from it.
After spending 20 years in the Army, I started pursuing a 'career' in internet marketing. I needed the money, because my meager military retirement--which was split with my ex-wife--did not even pay the rent. Sad but true :(
But being an eternal optimist and always seeing the good in people made me easy prey for hypey sales letters and internet marketers in general. (I made myself easy prey--the word "gullible" comes to mind:)
Because it turns out that the level of integrity present in most of the professional Army units that I had the privilege of serving in, is practically non-existent in the world of internet marketing...
To me it seemed like in order to get a leg up in internet marketing, you had to leave your pansy a**, goodie-two-shoes "integrity" at the door. One had to step inside a world of misleading, over-hyped sales letters and "black hat" tactics to get to the big bucks.
But could it be that good triumphs over evil?! Coincidentally, the mantra of the two most successful internet gurus is "Don't Be Evil." Only Bill Gates and a couple other folks are wealthier than Larry Page and Sergey Brin.
I slowly started to realize that not every person and his program on the internet is to be distrusted. As a matter of fact, after a couple years I realized that the real movers and shakers in this business are totally upfront and honest. And they make far more money than any slinking adsense and search engine spammer could...

One of Brad Fallon's websites grosses over $600K in a good month. Brad even openly gives away his "secrets." |
 |
You would trust Ken Evoy with your kids, and Ken's SiteSell.com is the most successful small business site builder. Just this month, SiteSell.com started giving away two of their most popular books. |
 |
John Carlton, Gary Halbert*, and Gary Bencivenga--three of the world's best copywriters--give away their "secrets" to mastering copywriting on a regular basis.
*May he rest in peace. |
Indeed, honesty is the best policy. Honesty sells best!
So why is the internet bursting at its seams with GRQ (Get-Rich Quick) schemes that promise the world but deliver bupkis? Why does GRQ software--like instant site builders and 'one-click this' and 'one-click that' scripts fly off the 'shelves' faster than you can say, "sucker!"?...
...especially since the 'super-gurus,' the super-successful 'net biz folks--like the ones I mentioned above--openly and freely give away most of their "secrets?!"
Hint: The answer is why these people know that their "secrets" are safe with most people; they know they could leave a step-by-step blueprint for their success on the desks of every person who owns a computer...Yet only a teensy, tiny fraction would ever take advantage of it!
It's the same reason you have a great opportunity yourself to make it big in the online world:
It's because most people are too lazy to put in the effort required to achieve a sustainable, long-term 'net business!
Period.
This is why over 90% of people who try to make it in internet marketing don't make it. But they fail only because they quit; not because the market won't bear any more internet marketers!
| Failure is a temporary situation. It's giving up that makes it permanent. | But mixed in with the truly lazy people are folks like you and me who are innocently looking for a way to be successful online. Yes, of course we're open to anything that might shorten the time it takes to become successful...
But we also realize that software that promises a "shortcut" is only a means to an end--not the final destination; we realize that it's gonna take hard work and perserverance before we can say, "I've made it."
It's all about having or developing the right attitude.
After years of chasing deadends and pots of gold at the ends of rainbows--including buying just about every bit of software and ebook imaginable--I finally "figured it out" and was able to say, "Check it out, I'm making a living from my computer!"
So sometime in '06 I decided to put together a review site for the most popular and highest quality internet products and services. One reason is that I would have loved to come across a site like this when I was trying in vain to compare products and services for my own use...
"Trying in vain" because I just could not find a review site that was totally unbiased. Even when I thought I'd found a trustworthy review site, it would be chock full of ads--flashing banners, Google adsense ads everywhere. And even if it didn't have too many ads, it would have too many products!!
What to choose?
One of my goals in creating this site is to help folks new to internet marketing, a.k.a. "newbies." But whether you're a newbie or an oldie to internet marketing, welcome!
The internet is full of dishonesty and fraud, largely because it's a "faceless," and anonymous medium. (I go deeper into this, by the way, in the Vortex report.) So that makes earning your trust and respect not only harder, but all the more necessary.
It's all good. (really!)
So, relax, kick back in your beach chair, and read the stuff I wrote for your benefit here. But before you start reading, I want to make a toast: "Here's to your success and happiness and to the spectacular weather."

Cheers!
