Reciprocal Link Exchange
Programs Explained
- Charles Brown
There are lots of reciprocal link exchange programs out there,
like:
- SEO Elite
- Zeus Internet Marketing Robot
- ALink - Reciprocal Link Manager
- Auto Link Exchanger
- Linkswell
- AutoLinksPro
- LinkMachine
- Linkautomate
- Skalinks
- LinkMetro
- Solvolink
- Linkmarket
- Link Management Assistant
- Arelis
- ...and many others
The best ones will:
 |
Check the Alexa and Google pagerank of the sites you want
to link to and only link sites if you approve
them. |
 |
Have a 'smart' algorithm that 'learns' the type of sites
that
are most relevant to yours. |
 |
Not
exchange links with "link farms," which are considered
spam by the search engines for good reason because they
are spam. |
 |
Automatically email the site administrators and autorespond
to them with pre-made messages with customizable email
templates. |
 |
Inform
you and your link partner if a link is broken or if your
link disappears from your partner's page; a "links status
checker." |
Note that there are a few "one-way" back link programs out there
that
attempt to do "multi-way" linking that give you one-way
links--which
are better than reciprocal links.
How is this done?
By a 3-way or more linking system: Your Site A links to
Partner Site
B which links to Third Party Site C which links back to you;
so you
aren't reciprocal linking with Partner Site B.
Two of these are iCrawl.net and linkcitadel.com. The
concept seems
intriguing, but I have no experience with them yet,
however. You may
want to check them out and keep an eye out for other programs
like
these.
