Intro:
SiteSell and its flagship product, SBI! (Site Build It!) is the brainchild
(are the brainchildren?) of Dr. Ken Evoy.  By the way, you may have noticed that
this review is quite long.  However, it is still just a teensy, tiny tidbit of what's on
just the 'welcome visitor' page of SiteSell.  So you're actually saving gobs of time
by reading this as opposed to going to the actual website...

Besides, if you're interested in starting a lucrative career in the online world, this
is definitely the right place to start---a review you don't want to miss!

Ken started his professional life as a Canadian medical doctor, practicing and 
teaching medicine at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. 

Dr. "E" has done incredible things so far in his life---not the least of which is
creating what is arguably the best web business system ever developed.  In fact,
his story is so unique, that I'm putting a link to his bio below....it's actually pretty
interesting reading and Ken's bio alone may sway your vote to go with
SiteSell.com's system. 

After all, you couldn't ask for a more trustworthy Guru than Ken.  Go ahead and

Price: 
For SBI! (Site Build It!)--the flagship product--$299 billed yearly. This is
actually not one product but many highly-specialized products all for one low yearly
price.

UPDATE: OCT '06 - You can now download MYSS (Make Your Site Sell!) and
MYCPS (Make Your Content PreSell!) absolutely FREE!  These have become

Cons: 
I tend to allow myself to get lost inside of huge sites....So if there is any "con"
about SiteSell it would be its huge size.  SiteSell has grown so big---with so many
sources of its own info that it can seem overwhelming, (ironically, this is one of the
things Ken set out not to do).
It seemed to me that there are too many options from the thousands of pages and
hundreds of inter-site links on it's huge websites.

UPDATE: Late-SEP '06- SiteSell has done a 100% "scrub" of its "5-Pillar" Home 
page section to make it more user-friendly; easier to navigate. 

Pros: 
A fantastic way to start from scratch and definitely the "right way" to learn
internet marketing.  Definitely all "white hat" underlying philosophy.  SiteSell.com
will absolutely not allow you to learn any bad habits. You can't go wrong here. Just
make sure you're not in a hurry; set aside lots of time to take in all the great
'modules' and books. But if you know anything about creating a sustainable
web business---and not just "hit-and-run" marketing---then you will instantly
recognize the power of this system.  There is just no such thing as a "get rich
quick" system in this---or any other business...

As a matter of fact, even on the SiteSell.com main 'landing' page, is this:

My friend, this is the "University of Internet Marketing."  Dr. Evoy has set this up
with incredible attention to detail---so much detail that if you study everything that
he's produced, you will have the best possible foundation to build a successful
internet empire. I mean, this is the Harvard or Stanford University of internet
marketing courses.

If someone told me that Sergey Brin and Larry Page themselves had founded
SiteSell.com, I  would believe it, no question.

But SiteSell.com is not just an A-Z internet marketing course.  It's the only thing
of its kind anywhere...

Another plus is that, through its "5-Pillar Affiliate Program," you can make money
just from marketing the SiteSell.com's info-products.  And they are great info-
products.  Included is all sorts of marketing materials for you---sales letters,
one-click autoresponders---you name it---to help you sell the products and make
money.  So much of the technical details have already been done for you that
you may find yourself wondering how you've made it up to now without them (if
you already have experience in affilate programs and autoresponders.)

Now, you may have seen other programs that have their own products for you to
promote for affiliate commissions.  SiteSell's, however, are better.  Why?  For one,
each and every product is original and produced 'in house.'  Non of Ken Evoy's
products is re-hashed information;  not one product will you find on the internet
that's remotely similar.  Each information product is not a hastily re-written 
compliation of other stuff but a unique, easy-to-understand step-by-step guide. 

You will be proud and confident to recommend SiteSell's products to anyone.
Hey, there's no substitute for being the best and proven to be the best year after
year!

But Dr. Ken Evoy's real emphasis is on getting you educated about learning website
building, monetization, and search engine optimization the right way.  So, you're
encouraged to come up with your own idea that you're passionate about to build a
website on.  Even this process has been integrated into the program, called
"Brainstorm It!"

(Apparently, exclamation points are one of the 'trademarks' of the SiteSell.com
products :) 

Anyway, "Brainstorm It!" is a great software-driven program that you're privy to when
you buy into your first year of SBI! (Site Build It!).  It uses WordTracker (another
benefit of joining SBI!) to figure out if your idea is worth pursuing.  But it doesn't
just log into Wordtracker....it combines Wordtracker with its own proprietary
program for a one-of-a-kind keyword research system. 

BTW, "Wordtracker" is a popular subscription-based, keyword research
program. But it's free--up to a point--to you as a SBI! member. The end result is
that you'll be amazed at how this 'fuzzy' logic program called "Brainstorm it!" can
help you decide what to make your website about.  As far as I know, Brainstorm It!
is the only program of its kind in the world.

But there are many other custom-made programs integrated into SBI! for you. 

So, for approximately $500 ($300 of it billed each year) here's what you get to read
yourself and re-sell as many times as you like:

MYSS! (Make Your Site Sell!) is often regarded as the Bible of internet marketing.  800 plus pages (now that deserves an exclamation point of its own!) of proven, easy-to-understand information.  (By the way, thank god the ebooks are 'skimmable;' otherwise I personally couldn't face reading that much!) (Make Your Price Sell!) is one of the only pricing algorithm programs that I'm aware of.  Supposedly, it's able to tell you what to price your widgets or your software at for the best effectiveness, greatest profits... ...Now before you start thinking, "why would you need that?," be advised that there is a 'hard science' to pricing intelligently.  Turns out that a huge difference in sales is often in the pricing:  $47, for instance, may outsell 3 to 1 than, say, $39, depending on your product or service.   Statistics don't lie.

MYCPS! (Make Your Content Pre-Sell!) is a book on how to pre-sell your site visitors on your product or service.  That way, when it comes time for you to actually ask for the sale, your customer is already chomping at the bit to pay you for your product. O.K., honestly, there's just too many cool features to mention that are available for
you when you join SiteSell.com's programs.  I tried to cover most of the best, but
there's just too much to list here without writing a book myself....

But I think you get the picture.

Personally: 
I joined SBI! for building one of my bigger web projects.  It just has no equal in the
world of web business building.  But SiteSell.com and SiteBuildIt! are far and away

Figures that it took a Ph.D. to design something this brilliant!!   (Notice the two
exclamation points after "brilliant;" I'm giving Dr. Ken Evoy not one, but two
exclamation points for his efforts, because he's used to seeing only one on the
end of his products' names ;)

Yep, Ken Evoy is an incredible leader.  Just spend some time in the SBI!  forums
and you'll know what I mean. He hasn't a cocky bone in his body.  Just like
someone else said, he keeps a "behind the counter presence."  I think the word I'm
looking for is "attitude."  Ken's got an attitude that's so good, it automatically brings
out the best in everybody.

It's funny how one human being can have such a pervasive effect on so many
people in an organization---I don't care how big.  History is full of examples of
this....
